Today I want to share something that I really like: Sushi.
Sushi is a delightful Japanese dish with different ingredients and a variety of preparation styles.
Mexico has a particular Sushi style that is gaining popularity around the country. For example, you can find a very famous breaded sushi in Sinaloa. It is typically accompanied with Surimi salad (a shrimp and crab dip).
The majority of the Japanese food restaurants in Sinaloa are very good, but personally the places I frequently go on vacations are: Restaurant Sushi Arao and Restaurant Banzai.
